If a sub-agent or member forgets their password, you can reset it under [Agent
Management]. Click the action button and select "Reset Password".

You can use a simple password; the system will force the user to change
it again upon their first login.
Users are locked after 5 failed attempts. Go to [Agent Management], click the
action button, and select "Clear Password Error Count" to unlock immediately, or wait 24 hours.

- Disable Agent: The agent and all users under them cannot log in to the backend or game.
- Disable Member: The member cannot log in to the game.
